apologize for cuanquier problem or inconvenience caused by speculation and rumors about Fanclub members living abroad. Also, we apologize for the delay in information and communication by an official announcement that we should have done in advance. PS
Company officially launched the''PS GLOBAL COMPANY FAN CLUB''in October 2010 [2011 in the official was saying but it makes no sense xD] to improve the service to fans living outside of Japan in comparison to before. addition, this global fanclub was created by request of many foreign fans.
this service is for people living outside of Japan and was released with the purposes and reasons shown acontinuación:
1. to provide a better service
2. to ensure the opportunity to attend events held in Japan for people from abroad
3. to improve our customer service system with more uniform correspondence for several items from abroad
4. while overseas fans by joining the fan club still exists, we fear not being able to continue to give satisfactory service with the same subscription costs.
were worried about the situation of overseas fans using intermediary companies with costly conditions to join the fan club existing and to purchase tickets for concerts or events unreasonable prices that could not easily buy.
addition, the existing system fan club but we had no correspondence to be enough to satisfy people living abroad and therefore we wanted to create an environment for some way to meet these nesecidades.
HOWEVER, we believe it is impossible to resolve this with the existing system fan club. therefore decided to establish this new Global Fan club to solve these problems as a system to satisfy everyone.
believe that we can now resolve these issues and give a complete and satisfactory service with good customer service by launching the PS GLOBAL COMPANY FAN CLUB.

a) Both poetry and short story must be unpublished and written in English or a combination of English and English (English only is not acceptable). Each participant may submit up to two poems. These will have a length of at least 10 verses and 50 lines to a maximum per poem. Similarly each participant may submit up to two short stories. Which consist of 300 to 750 words.
